The main thing to know is that this program isn’t really going to suite those who are really looking to build a great deal of strength. This has more to do with the physiological processes that the body has to go through to accomplish the different goals though than the program itself. Building muscle and strength takes a surplus of calories, while fat loss and getting a six pack takes a deficit. You can’t do both at once so it’s important you identify your goals.
If you are someone who is more concerned right now with building muscle, this likely isn’t the program I’d suggest for you. Instead you might want to look into something like Vince DelMonte’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building program since it’s specifically targeted towards helping you build more muscle mass.
