Sugar and Fat Loss – Take This Quiz To Test Your Knowledge!

In earlier times, dietary fat was the biggest evil when it came to your weight loss diet plan.  In the last few years however, more and more people are starting to really pay attention to the level of sugar they have in their diet, since now this is the big ‘no-no’ that you want to avoid.

Sugar wreaks havoc on any weight loss diet plan because it’ll cause insulin levels to skyrocket, causing immediate feelings of energy (good) followed by a very dramatic crash (bad).

With this crash, it’s also common for you to begin to feel extremely hungry, which sets the cycle up to continue.  As it goes on and on, up goes your calorie intake and before you know it, your body weight is inching in the upwards direction.

Unfortunately though, many people do not realize just how much sugar is in many of the foods they see when they visit the supermarket.

I recently came across a short quiz by Women’s Health Magazine that’s meant to illustrate this to you in a quiz style example.
