More and more people are starting to perform home workouts as a way to get in shape, which is great. They are highly convenient, allow you to workout on your own time schedule, and are much more comfortable for some people.
The biggest issue that you may run into with home workout programs though is lack of equipment. For example, unless you have money to burn, buying a new treadmill may be out of the question.
