The No-Nonsense Muscle Building Program is what the ’skinny guy’ has been waiting for. Written by Vince DelMonte who proved himself his own success story going from 149 pounds to 210 pounds, he shares the exact program and diet plan he used to transform his body. With more updates than anyone else in the industry, there is always more coming from this author.

What You’ll Get When You Sign Up For No-Nonsense Muscle Building

One of the largest advantages to this program is the number of different sources of information you’ll receive.

*No-Nonsense Muscle Building Book. At the core of the program you have the No-Nonsense Muscle Building book, which includes detailed information about the workout programs, proper workout technique, the biggest problems that ‘hardgainers’ face, which supplements are worth your money, nutritional information to help you reach your goals, and more. This book is great for those who want to really develop a firm understanding of the principles involved with muscle building.

*Beginner-Intermediate 29 Week Program. Next, you’ll receive a Beginner-Intermediate 29 week program that describes the exact workouts you need to be doing in the gym to get started. This program starts out with something called Upside Down Training, which is something that sets it apart from most other muscle building products. This program offers a unique way to get kickstarted with muscle building progress.

*Advanced 29-week Max Power Workout. After you’re ready to take things up a level, you’ll get the 29 week Advanced Max Power Workout designed to take your body as far as you can go. All of the workout programs come with complete illustrations on how to perform the exercises, so if you’re unsure about anything, guidance is right there waiting for you.

*84 Day Mass Building Meal Plans. No workout program would be complete without looking at the diet side of things, so with the program you’ll also get an 84 day meal program to follow that takes the guess work out of eating. Personally in my opinion nutrition is about 80% of your results, so simply choosing a workout program without looking at the diet side of things is a huge mistake. The addition of the diets was a very smart move on Vince’s behalf and is what I feel enables so many of his clients to get the results they are looking for. He also offers a vegetarian meal plan, which is great for those of you who choose this lifestyle.

*Metabolic Calculator. With the meal plans you’ll get a metabolic calculator which makes it easy to determine which of the meal plans he provides you should use. Just one note on this one – it does take a rather agressive approach to your calorie intake, so should you choose to go with this program, I personally would be included to go one meal plan down (in terms of total calorie level) from what’s recommended first. See how that goes, and then progress up from there. It’s totally up to you on this – either plan will work, but you may start gaining a little too quickly on the higher calorie intake plan.

*The Exercise Demonstrator. This allows you to see demonstrations of all the exercises being performed, again increasing your total understanding level.

*Complete customer service care. Another great thing about this program is it does come with complete e-mail support, which is usually answered within a day or two, along with a membership forum so you can easily connect with others who are using the program as well.

*Muscle Building DVD Series. Recently added, this DVD series is something that you can watch at home to see Vince in person and get a better grasp on all the advanced principles he uses as you progress. Vince is constantly doing videos on every topic you can image, so there will likely be more coming in this area shortly (and all members will receive unlimited updates when they purchase the product).

*60 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Something that makes many individuals feel more comfortable making the investment in this program is the 60-day full money back guarantee Vince offers. If you read it and are not satisfied with the content, you can simply request a full refund. This is handled by the third party – Clickbank.com (top rated digital distribution companies online), so things are handled in a professional manner.

With all of these components working together, Vince does make success very possible if you can follow the directions laid out in the programs.

My Thoughts On The Training Technique

The training technique Vince uses with this program is definitely one of higher volume. There are both pros and cons to this. The pros are that when used properly with the right type of diet (such as the ones supplied – he does a good job at matching them together), you will get good results.

The cons however are that if you’re relatively sensitive to overtraining or are an older individual, the type of volume called for may become a bit of an issue. That isn’t to say it will be the case for everyone though. Vince has had many individuals as old as 75 see results on the program. This is something you will have to just guage yourself – how good of recovery ability do you have? That will tell you whether this program will be best for you. For most younger individuals out there (say 30 years of age or lower), there shouldn’t be any issue with recovery.

Also, due to the nature of the workouts, do expect to make a bit of a time committment. You’ll be looking at at least an hour in the gym most days of the week. If you do need to take that down a bit though due to a work schedule or what have you, Vince does make some recommendations. Just be aware that this is what the original program calls for.

Who This Program Is Not For

While I do feel this program will benefit a large number of people, there are going to be people who may want to look elsewhere for a program. This would include high level athletes (the volume of work contained is simply too much when doing additional training – unless you’re prepared to really make some alterations)

The next group of individuals would be those who respond poorly to high volume programs and do much better on something like a full body workout with the basics – squat, deadlift, bench press, row, and shoulder press. If this is you, I’d look into something else – maybe a 5 X 5 program.

Finally, the last group of people this will not work for are those who are looking for fat loss. This is a muscle building program and is designed to be as such. If you want to lose fat, focus on a fat loss program (Vince has one of these as well – view it HERE). Far too many people try to build muscle and lose fat at once, which just leaves them going nowhere.

The volume of content you will get with this program simply can’t be beat, which makes it a great choice for those who are serious about building muscle. Vince offers numerous tools to use to help reach your goals, so regardless of what type of learner you are, you should be able to benefit from this program.
