How To Do Workout Supersets With Craig Ballantyne

Adding supersets to a fat loss bodyweight workout is one good way to boost the intensity, burn more calories, and provide a greater challenge for the muscles. It’s important that you make an effort to continually change up your workout program because that’s one thing that is going to make a very big difference in the type of results you see.

Supersets are meant to be a more intense type of training though so will be best done by those who are looking to burn fat rather than build a great deal of muscle. You can use them while working towards muscle building but you should put more emphasis more often on lifting heavier regularly (which tends to be more limited when doing supersets).
