Since almost everyone is bound to get bored with their workout if they are doing the same thing day in and day out, it’s important that you’re taking the time to mix up your workout every so often.

The body is also going to respond a lot better when you aren’t always doing the exact same exercises so you’ll see better results if you’re changing the actual exercises along with the rep range, total set number, order of exercises, and rest periods.  Keep in mind this will apply to all the exercises you’re doing, not just the actual abdominal exercises.
