<p>Otherwise, this program is a really good option for almost everyone. With other programs typically I’ll group them into the ‘fat loss’ crowd and the ‘muscle building’ crowd, but Arnel actually includes information for both groups in the site, so regardless of your goal you can use it. Maybe the only group that may want to look elsewhere would be very high level athletes since they typically have very sport specific needs that need to be followed.</p>

<p><strong>My Thoughts On The Training Technique</strong></p>
<p>The training technique Vince uses with this program is definitely one of higher volume. There are both pros and cons to this. The pros are that when used properly with the right type of diet (such as the ones supplied &#8211; he does a good job at matching them together), you will get good results.</p>
<p>The cons however are that if you&#8217;re relatively sensitive to overtraining or are an older individual, the type of volume called for may become a bit of an issue. That isn&#8217;t to say it will be the case for everyone though. Vince has had many individuals as old as 75 see results on the program. This is something you will have to just guage yourself &#8211; how good of recovery ability do you have? That will tell you whether this program will be best for you. For most younger individuals out there (say 30 years of age or lower), there shouldn&#8217;t be any issue with recovery.</p>
<p>Also, due to the nature of the workouts, do expect to make a bit of a time committment. You&#8217;ll be looking at at least an hour in the gym most days of the week.
