6 Minute Meals For 6 Pack Abs By Men’s Health

In your quest to get six pack abs, most of you are going to be (or at least I hope you’re going to be) putting some good thought into what you’re putting in your mouth. When someone asks me for advice with how they can get six pack abs quickly, the first thing I will always ask of them is what their diet is like.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, 6 pack abs are made in the kitchen. If you want a flat stomach, you have to start looking at your fridge, your cupboards, or that secret stash you might have hidden somewhere else around the house that contains your favored food items.

This isn’t to say that you must starve yourself to get 6 pack abs as that’s not it at all – in fact, starving yourself will work against the goal of getting a six pack because your metabolic rate will virtually shut right down.

Instead, it’s about eating the right types of foods that will allow your body to burn off the fat and reveal your six pack.
